Lexus encore issue we purchases a 2016 RX350 last year. It came with a year of Encore service. My wife received a bill to renew and she sent a check which was cashed and we purchases a 2016 RX350 last year. It came with a year of Encore service. My wife received a bill to renew and she sent a check which was cashed and reflected in our checking account, we received a notice that the Encore service was cancelled. A conversation with Enform revealed they do not take checks anymore but somehow ours was cashed then our service was cancelled. Now they say they will refund the money and we need to give them a credit card number " for their file". I doubt this will happen but certainly will not before I receive my money back. I would expect this type of u professionalism from a used car dealer but not from Lexus. Very disappointed . Neil ritter More
