We have been Lexus of Lincoln customers for years. I’ve found all of the employees to be pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s unfortunate that this is my second out of state purchase through this dealership, drove 500 miles just to get the vehicle and 21 days later I still can’t register in my own state because I can’t ge purchase through this dealership, drove 500 miles just to get the vehicle and 21 days later I still can’t register in my own state because I can’t get the documents I need from anyone. When we picked up the car he knew we were in a but of a rush so he had everything ready and did the paperwork with my husband and had a co-worker show me around the features of the car to expedite the process. Follow up was great! We stopped at another dealership a week prior to purchasing at Lexus and the service did not compare. The salesperson lied to us on several occasions and took almost 3 hours of our time, bickering back and forth with his supervisor, it was painful. You won't deal with that at Lexus, stop here first you won't regret it!! Very happy customer, thank you Max! More

In the past few years, I visited this place for a few times for the maintenance of my car, even though I live a few hours away from Lincoln. The staff there are very friendly and professional.
