After placing a deposit with our local Lexus dealer back in November we were told we were “several hundred” spots down the allocation list even after compromising with multiple exterior and interior color p in November we were told we were “several hundred” spots down the allocation list even after compromising with multiple exterior and interior color preferences for a GX 550. Months went by with no updates. When we followed up in March, we were told we had moved up by about 50 places and that we’d receive monthly updates going forward. We never received a single call. Frustrated, I expanded my search across Texas and neighboring states. Everywhere I looked, the situation was the same: long waitlists or outrageous markups—often $10,000 to $15,000 over MSRP. Then, by chance, I came across Raymond Liang at Lexus of Manhattan, who had posted multiple upcoming allocations. On March 26th, I reached out to Ray about a GX 550 that matched my wife’s exact specifications—not a backup, but the one she really wanted at MSRP. That same day, I placed a deposit and submitted the pre-qualification paperwork. From that point on, Ray kept me informed at every stage. He proactively sent screenshots of the vehicle’s status—from the build stage, to shipping vessel departure and arrival, to processing, trucking, and ultimately its arrival at the dealership. When the vehicle arrived, I flew to New York, completed the purchase on May 12th, arranged for cross-country transport, and flew back the same day. On May 15th my wife’s GX arrived in Texas less than two months from when I originally contacted Ray. It was that efficient. In over 30 years of buying vehicles, I’ve never experienced a more seamless, transparent, and stress-free transaction. No games. Just an honest business transaction. How refreshing! Ray and Rich Velija in Finance were exceptional—clear, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. This is the first time I can say that purchasing a vehicle was actually a pleasure. I only wish Lexus of Manhattan were located in Texas—I’d never buy from anyone else. More

Best Experience buying a car ever from start to finish. Raymond contacted me a day or two before the car was going to arrive at the dealership to go over what I needed to bring to take delivery of my car...on the day I toke delivery of the vehicle, Raymond patiently reviewed/helped me to set up all the necessary inputs to the computer screens on the car...he also offered to take the car out to the street as my car is very low to the ground and would scrape against the driveway exit if I didn't exit at a certain angle....Raymond not only made a difference but was the difference in purchasing a Lexis at Lexis of Manhattan....Thank you Raymond.... My husband and I own a Lexus 330 RX (pristine condition) We always go to Little Falls, N.J. Where we originally purchased our car. Service has always been excellent. As we live in Manhattan, we needed to have our yearly inspection by 2/28/25. We called Lexus of Manhattan and Was told that they would make it happen! Mind you, we already had our 6, month service completed on 2/7/25 and the car was in excellent condition. We arrived at this state of the art Manhattan location and started to convince ourselves that we should just continue to service the car here. Roberto Greeted us and took down all the information on the car and told him we are only here for the NYS Inspection. He handed the paper work to Mohammed and we were asked to wait for 2 hours or so in order for them to conduct the review. A lovely young lady provided us with a pastry while waiting. Mohammed called out our name after the 2 hours and said Your car did not pass the inspection and started to show a list of items that were in need of repair. All Fake diagnostics!! We just left the Lexus in NJ and had the paper work with me. He claimed things that were already taken care of. Needless to say we were disappointed and will never go back to this dealership again. We are Senior Citizens and live in Manhattan, and park our car in our indoor garage. Too bad As we were contemplating a new purchase soon. Never go to this location in Manhattan for service, even though it looks like a dream and is only a 10 minute drive from home to this facility, the results you may receive are more like a nightmare. I got 8 pages of results that were ridiculous. Mohammed looked us up in his system and he said all I see is an oil change and I immediately showed him my invoice and receipt that were very different from his claims. Servicing in the system would have shown more than 20 years!! On our way out, a gentlemen stopped us and said what a beautiful car, I have one similar but does not look like yours! We love our car!! What a shame, If you trust the service then you would trust purchasing and being loyal to the dealership. More
