We have purchesed/leased 4 vehicles from this dealership working with Matt Koehnen and have nothing but praise for Matt and the dealership. He worked with us on all the vehicles and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. The whole experience from purchasing to service is a pleasant one. The service department is great as well. The hospitality at this dealership makes purchasing a car a pleasant experience - no pressure, only trying to please the customer. I would always recommend Lexus of Maplewood to anyone and have sent several coworkers to this dealership and they have said the same.

The team was great at Lexus of Maplewood. This is our second car that we have bought from Eric and will keep coming back. We also were so satisfied that we referred 2 more of our friends to Lexus of Maplewood and they bought cars.

My car had to be brought in 3 times before it was fully fixed. I had paid for the service initially and was told that I had to pay for more the third time I brought it in. In my mind, when I bring a car in to have it fixed and pay a large sum of money for the service and parts, I have to have a guarantee that the problem is resolved. It took 3 times for the dealership to figure out the problem and a call from me to the corporate office to have the issue fixed without having me to put more money into their error. I'm dissatisfied at the way I was treated throughout this ordeal, even after being a loyal client for 4+ years with them. I never took my car to anyone to have it serviced except the dealership.

I will now be going to the Lexus dealership in Wayzata for my services form now on, even if it means I have to drive further.

Jill was excellent to work with. She reviewed the maintenance needing to be completed and offered future services. She was considerate and showed good customer service skills. Represented the dealership very well.

Worst for Service:

We bought a Certified Pre Owned Lexus IS250C Convertible for $44k. Within 3-4 days of buying the car we noticed rattling noise at the rear windshield of the car and in the passenger side glove box.The car had to be taken to dealer 4 times with the first 3 weeks. It was with the dealer for more than 80% of the time (the dealer gave us loaner vehicle) in the first 15 days. At couple of instances they told me to pick up the vehicle saying that issue was resolved, I picked the vehicle and the noises existed. Issue is not resolved yet, in-spite of multiple assurances from dealer sales person (Darin Meyer), General Manager (Mike Jensen), General Sales Manager (Matt Koehnen). I had to raise this issue with Lexus Customer Service who are working towards getting it resolved.

After buying a car for 45grand you expect certain level of service; unfortunaley Lexus of Maplewood couldn't provide us with the same. I would ask everyone to stay away from this dealership.

I was treated like buying a $ 50,000 car, even though it was an used Honda CR-V. The dealership is professional, respectful and very detail. I am very satisfy with Gloria's service. Will definitely check out the dealership before buying another car!

THE PURCHASE OF OUR LEXUS ES350 AT LEXUS OF MAPLEWOOD WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. GLORIA WAS THE MOST ACCOMMODATING OF SALES REPRESENTATIVES AND HER ASSISTANCE IN OUR PURCHASE INVALUABLE. SHE KNEW THE LEXUS ES350 AND MADE SURE WE DID, TOO. WE LOVE OUR NEW 2011 LEXUS AND WILL LIKELY GO TO LEXUS OF MAPLEWOOD TO THE NEXT ONE!
