I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Lexus dealership. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and diagnostic, and somehow the dealership still managed to keep my car f at this Lexus dealership. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and diagnostic, and somehow the dealership still managed to keep my car for over 24 hours. The only issues addressed were the oil change, the diagnostic, and a gas cap replacement. That is an unacceptable amount of time for such minimal work. When I asked whether they would offer any sort of discount or make things right because of the excessive delay, they refused outright. Even worse, the manager was rude, dismissive, and smart-alecky about the whole situation. I have used this dealership multiple times before, but this experience was unbelievably unimpressive. For a brand that prides itself on customer service, this was far below expectations. I will seriously reconsider coming back. More

I took my car in for the 60k mile servicing. I asked if I could get the carpet vacuumed as well since they would be keeping the car overnight. I dropped it off Friday morning and returned Monday I asked if I could get the carpet vacuumed as well since they would be keeping the car overnight. I dropped it off Friday morning and returned Monday mid-morning to retrieve it. I was totally disappointed after receiving my car back and it not being cleaned. I was told that service would also run it through the wash bay as well. Unfortunately, only the 60k mile servicing was done. At this point, they probably didn't even do that either. I've post trust in this dealership. More
