They went above and beyond to honor every commitment and make sure I felt completely comfortable and confident with my purchase. My salesman, Jorge, was exceptional. He was kind, personable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, answered every question openly, and worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was getting the right car. I never felt pressured or rushed, only supported. The dealership itself was spotless and comfortable, with a great waiting area, complimentary food and drinks, and a staff that consistently made me feel valued. It is rare to find this level of honesty, customer service, and genuine care when buying a car. I cannot recommend Lexus of Naperville, and Jorge in particular, highly enough. They earned my trust and made what can often be a stressful experience enjoyable and memorable. I am extremely happy with my CR-V and grateful to everyone who helped make the purchase such a positive experience.
