Went for 20,000 mile check up. They told me exactly what they were planning to do and what that would cost. Finished within the time they said they would and delivered a freshly washed car. New Year’s Eve 2020. 3PM in the afternoon we had an issue w oil leaking around a filter after my husband changed the oil in our Lexus RX 350 we had bought new in the spring. We live 75 miles away and happen w oil leaking around a filter after my husband changed the oil in our Lexus RX 350 we had bought new in the spring. We live 75 miles away and happened to be in Council Bluffs. We called the service department and the guy was so nice and told us to come in and they wld take a look. We took the car in and within 45 minutes the issue was corrected and we were back on the road. We were so very happy with the service and friendly staff. Thank you Lexus of Omaha. More

Extra special experience First, I was able to schedule a routine service appointment for the very next day after I called. When I arrived, I was met by a very professional ser First, I was able to schedule a routine service appointment for the very next day after I called. When I arrived, I was met by a very professional service adviser (Kelly Fields) who already had my work order printed out. She went over it with me and told me how long the work would take. I went to the coffee bar for coffee and a pastry. While there I was told that there had been a recall on my car and that if I wanted to leave the car it would be fixed in about six hours. I agreed to leave it, and I was given a loaner car to drive home. It was a new Lexus 300. I was called at home about an hour earlier than I expected. My car was done!! The service adviser went over the work carefully and answered all my questions. I drove off in my spotlessly cleaned 350. All in all a delightful experience. Thanks, Lexus. More
