Service Up and Beyond We live out of the Dealership area. We dropped our car off for service and a small repair. We were given transportation to the airport where we flew We live out of the Dealership area. We dropped our car off for service and a small repair. We were given transportation to the airport where we flew out to visit my brother in Florida. We made arrangements with the Dealership to pick us up when we returned. Unfortunately, due to an emergency we could not return as planed. We had to schedule the return on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. I talked to the service department and was told that it would be no problem to accommodate us and that they would be there to pick us up and return to the dealership so we could get our car even though it was a Sunday. My wife and I were completely in aw of the kindness and service of this dealership. We call this “going up and beyond” to help satisfy a great full customer. Best Dealership ever; The Omaha Lexus Dealership! And the best Service department personal, especially Adi Sakic. He was fantastic as he gave up his time on a Sunday to accommodate our needs. More

Service appointment Had a trailer hitch installed on my vehicle on 4/22/2019 at Lexus of Omaha. The tech advisor, Alex, was courteous and professional. I mentioned a cou Had a trailer hitch installed on my vehicle on 4/22/2019 at Lexus of Omaha. The tech advisor, Alex, was courteous and professional. I mentioned a couple little nuisance items and asked, if time allowed, if the shop might be able to look at these or if necessary I could schedule a future appointment also for the additional work. Alex was attentive, immediately looked at the areas of my concern, noted them and said they would see if they could be taken care of during that visit. He welcomed me to the lounge where I was offered refreshment while he retrieved a loaner car-the hitch installation would take the entire morning. While finishing. My coffee Alex arrived with the loaner. He showed me to the car and inquired if I’d like any instructions about its equipment and operation-it was a newer model than my vehicle. As I drove home from the dealership I thought how wonderful it was to be treated as a welcome, indeed appreciated, customer. The folks at Lexus of Omaha continue to wow me at each visit . Of course, when I returned that afternoon to pick up my car-Alex had texted and called to let me know my car was ready- I was again completely satisfied. The installation was great. A truly professional job, a high quality part that I’m sure equals a factory installation. Lexus was able to make the repairs/adjustments to the problem areas I noted also. My vehicle was clean-the only evidence that it was worked on. It was better than when I brought it in. Isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be? I cannot say enough about the professional,courteous, thoughtful people at Lexus of Omaha. I am so glad I chose to purchase my vehicle from them. These people know how to run a business! They are utterly awesome! More
