I have been coming to the his dealership since 1993. Not once have I been disappointed or upset with any part of the Lexus family. Their reputation speaks for itself. The Lexus staff in the service area from the time I’m greeted at arrival until I leave are always pleasant and professional. The guys that wash and vacuum my ES350 always have it looking so nice. The waiting area is comfortable and the attendants that helps serve coffee & etc are pleasant to chat with. I always get a word of encouragement from Kelly when I’m there. The service Techs that do the maintenance always take care of repairs in a timely manner. Thanks Lexus for making me feel like I can trust your service department to meet the needs of my ES350. More

On a day-long road trip a few years back I began hearing a loud vibrating noise. A service station told me it was the roof rack that was causing the noise and needed to be replaced however I took it into the Lexus dealer when I returned to town. Right away they were able to diagnose it as a loose gas tank shield. Noise stopped! The staff is so professional and knowledgeable that I highly recommend them! More
BAD TIRE Tire light came on while driving, drove straight to Llexus and the problem was corrected within the hour. Driving into a dealership at 3 PM on a Monda Tire light came on while driving, drove straight to Llexus and the problem was corrected within the hour. Driving into a dealership at 3 PM on a Monday afternoon, I didn't except such quick service. Staff at Lexus are all excellent and explain in detail all issues with car. Only place I trust for car services in Omaha. More

Called to let the Lexus service department know my wife was on the way in for a look see. She arrived to a service party of three service personnel who took exceptional care of her and the car. This is service unlike any she had ever experience before. Remarked to me that it made her feel important and someone they couldn't wait to help. They solved the problem, battery, and had her on her way within an hour. Great, professional service people and department. And Jennifer Milliti, thank you for working us through the lease. Thought Lexus was a customer service based purchase.. Bought a brand new IS 350 F sport from Lexus of Omaha. Shortly after the purchase the rear window started leaking when it was taken through the car w Bought a brand new IS 350 F sport from Lexus of Omaha. Shortly after the purchase the rear window started leaking when it was taken through the car wash. After bringing in multiple times they couldn't fix and said don't take it through that car wash. Recently brought in for a tire rotatation and oil change. Mentioned at drop off that the left front tire was losing tire pressure. After picked up continued to lose tire pressue so obviously tires were not rotated. Then checked the oil and it was black...they did not change the oil either. I immediately went to Lexus and talked with the service manager who was polite and said he would get to the bottom of it and call back the next day. No call back! Tried reaching out a couple times To get the service done that I paid for and he has not returned calls Or email. More
Very bad customer service, and very bad management I leased a 2015 lexus IS250, I have 13,000 miles on it, yesterday I took it to the dealer to check on the tires pressure since it has the tire pressu I leased a 2015 lexus IS250, I have 13,000 miles on it, yesterday I took it to the dealer to check on the tires pressure since it has the tire pressure lights on. To my surprise we found out that the two front tires has bad steel built and need replacement, The service person there told me it will cost me $475 to replace the two tires. I said what happened to the three years warranty, they said it does not not cover tires. Imagine 13,000 miles on the care and we have to replace the tires, what kind of tires they selling us. I requested to speak to the general manager and left him 2 voice mail but no one returned my call. They are very unprofessional and I will never buy any lexus ever. My advice to people who reads this comments is to stay away from this dealer and go somewhere else. You sell you cars and warranty but they do not honor it when you have issues. More
