Lexus of Pembroke Pines is the worst dealership by far I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service when it comes to buying a new car, selling your car or servicing your vehicle is atrocious. I’ve used this dealership for my last 3 vehicles out of necessity due to the proximity to my residence. Not recommended at all. They’re only focus in selling you a car and not their customer care. I took my vehicle in for service. Among other issues, there is a wind noise coming from the driver side window. My service writer, Jose Amaro said the looked at it, made a small adjus Among other issues, there is a wind noise coming from the driver side window. My service writer, Jose Amaro said the looked at it, made a small adjustment, but didn't test drive it to see if it worked. Jose said it was because it was raining. ok... I don't know how you can return a car without test driving it to see if your "adjustment worked... When I got in my car to leave, the was a buzzer going off which I didn't know what it was. Jose came and found it to be a seat was not adjusted as needed. How do you return a vehicle without checking an emergency buzzer going off?? So, the topper was when Jose found the issue says, and I quote" c'mon Neil, you've owned the car for 30 years and you don't know what the buzzer sound is for?" I found that to be very disrespectful and unnecessary. so upon telling Jose the window noise issue was not addressed he told me I had to make another appointment to bring it in. I told him I am available any day so whatever was convenient for him. I am still waiting for his reply.... More
