She brought our keys to our home in Tracy the next morning when we couldn’t make it back to the dealership before closing. This allowed us to not be rushed to pick up even the next day. Plus no need to go into dealership for checkout process. Just pick up on their driveway. Stress-free, convenience-driven, over-the-top customer service! She’s simply amazing! Steve, with his professional and courteous manner, has impressed us so much that we decided to purchase a second car, a 2024 Lexus RX350H, at this dealership. He made the experience smooth and easy; we never felt pressured. He was very genuine and had a lot of knowledge about the car we were interested in. He walked us through every step and let us test drive an RX 350h to experience how a Lexus SUV really feels. Michael Lorenzo, Finance Producer, was also very professional. He helped us with paperwork and explanation of warranties, making the process quick and seamless. He provided us with all important documents on a USB flash drive to take home. I should also mention Nate, the orientation/technology specialist, who really did a great job explaining technical details on the RX350h navigation, audio, and safety features.
