Lexus of Riverside

I was very impressed wit Lexus of Riverside. Art was super fantastic. I shared with Art that I was leaving town the next day and wanted to make sure my vehicle would be completed. Art called me a few hours after I dropped off my vehicle to give me an update, which was very nice and he also said my vehicle would be ready later that day if I wanted to pick it up earlier. When I arrived the next day my vehicle was washed and clean on the inside. Also, the topper was I noticed he had filled my fuel tank as well. I sure appreciated that as I was able to just get on the road and not have to stop and fuel up. Thank you so much Art and I just hope all the others are as special as Art was to me. This was my first time visiting and with the great customer service I will return for sure. More

Well I have been a customer of L of R since 1999 & drove past Crown Lexus from Rancho Cucamonga all those years, because Frank was a great person & me & my wife enjoyed working with him. My last visit kept past Crown Lexus from Rancho Cucamonga all those years, because Frank was a great person & me & my wife enjoyed working with him. My last visit kept me waiting 3 hours & 20 minutes for an oil change, with no loaner & this is way too long. I am now a customer of Crown Lexus & will miss Frank only, not L of R new policies. More
