I already knew what I wanted because I searched on the website and I tested a 2015 and the 2016 GS-350 F-Sport! Eric was a great salesman. He wasn't pushy and answered all my questions. I knew I wanted a GS 350 with BLACK interior and they had 2! Heck they even have 2 GS-F...If only gas was cheaper I'd definitely buy one of those! Any how GS-350 fits all my needs and it should serve me well for years to come. I have owned many Japanese cars Honda, Mitsubishi, Acura, Lexus and Toyota. Even though I and we all wish Lexus could make a MANUAL Transmission SPORTS Sedan for the US market....They could do it but they just won't! Anyhow happy with the purchase. More

He was very knowledgeable about the product my wife was interested in. He found the RX that met all her needs. The right exterior color & the perfect interior complimentary color. He demonstrated exemplary patience and determination. The car she wanted was in your off-site lot and was not readily accessible without extreme driving skill. He successfully got the unit out and safely delivered, without a scratch, to my wife. . We then met Lisa Hamilton, our Finance Manager. She was awesome. Very professional, was able to answer all our questions. She was not "pushy" She took the time to explain all available options and we left felling really good about this dealership. We have always purchased Toyotas for the past 20 years, from the same dealership & sales person. We were a little apprehensive coming to a new dealership. We left there felling just the opposite. After test driving the car and learning about some of the features, I was sold. I even got a picture of my car with the ribbon on it! (First time I bought a new car.) When it was time to fill out the paperwork, Lisa was amazing to work with, since you know there is a lot of paperwork.
