I was very happy with all aspects of this dealership. I was very happy with all aspects of this dealership. The sales person, Arjun Vir was outstanding and exceptionally patient, honest, experienced, and I was very happy with all aspects of this dealership. The sales person, Arjun Vir was outstanding and exceptionally patient, honest, experienced, and willing to listen to all our concerns and desires for a new vehicle. We were merely shopping for possible upcoming vehicle when we visisted this dealership, but he sold us and are very pleased to have chosen a Lexus RX350. The financial individual, Dolores Russell was realistic and the numbers didn't change from looking at a vehicle to signing and driving away.A FIRST FOR US I MUST SAY. When delivering the car Arjun Vir went over EVERYTHING about the car and we walked away feeling very comfortable about its use and operating systems. When walking about the showroom everyone greeted us with a "HELLO" which was extremely refreshing. As we waited in the parking lot on a Sunday morning a salesman even came outside to see if we needed assistance, we explained we were merely waiting for the dealership to open and he invited us in early. I could not say enough to praise this dealership and it's personal. KUDOS TO YOU ALL! More

Bob Rossworn was a gentleman from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Although The ladies who handled the administrative part of the deal were very helpful. When I picked up the car, Joe Giaquinto delivered the car to me and was extremely helpful in instructing me relative to all aspects of the vehicle. In fact, I was able to call Joe the next day with some follow-up questions and he couldn't have been more courteous or professional. Bob was also very informative during my test drive which was one of the reasons I purchased the car from Lexus of Smithtown. In closing, everyone I interacted with at the dealership was professional, courteous and went out of their way to make this purchase a pleasant experience. I have bought many new cars in my lifetime but was never treated with the kindness and respect I was at Lexus of Smithtown. More

We went in to discuss leasing a 350 and wound up buying and IF250...our salesman Arjun Vir was outstanding both in customer service and vehicle knowledge...we were never rushed and felt that we were educat and IF250...our salesman Arjun Vir was outstanding both in customer service and vehicle knowledge...we were never rushed and felt that we were educated well enough about both vehicles that we could make our own choice comfortably. I was also impressed by the overall friendly attitude of all the staff present, would we like snacks or beverages? My husband purchased a used RX a few years ago from this same dealership and this is the main reason we returned as he had always had a positive experience whilst having the car serviced there.
