Once again, a wonderful experience at sterling Mccall Lexus!!! Came in at closing with an emergent problem, and received a loaner and accepted in for service 5 minutes later! In addition, I had my serv Lexus!!! Came in at closing with an emergent problem, and received a loaner and accepted in for service 5 minutes later! In addition, I had my service done as well as the emergent problem fixed, and was able to promptly have my windshield replaced, all before picking up my suv 30 service hours later. Great service, great dealership. That’s why I have purchased all 5 of my past Lexus vehicles from you! Thank you for continued wonderful service! More
I did the 5K miles service. It was super easy scheduling online with loaner vehicle. It was in and out while dropping and picking up back the vehicle. Brought the car for regular maintenance and oil change twice. Both times information was provided but not the whole picture was communicated. I was told you need alignment without telling me that you need twice. Both times information was provided but not the whole picture was communicated. I was told you need alignment without telling me that you need new tires as well. Authorized alignment over the phone and when came to much up the car then found out that I do need new tires and by the way alignment is recommended after new tires are installed. Second time I was told battery has failed the test although it’s only 2.5 years old. Authorized change if battery. When came to pick the car, then found out that battery is fine, the charge is showing good but has failed oxidation test for the terminals. May be dealership needs to train service representatives to explain the whole situation and not just part of it. Customers usually trust until the trust is broken and then it’s not a good relationship. More
