Service went well except my insurance card had been misplaced, which wasn’t discovered until after I’d paid, so emissions test was done after the fact (when I found it under the seat). They kept my car for almost a week. My service advisor was rude, ignored me, & when he finally DID answer, he gave me the runaround about when my vehicle would be finished. When I picked up my car (& despite not being busy & two separate employees notifying him I was there) my service advisor didn't even have the decency to come out & speak to me about the work that was performed on my car.
