When we sat in his office I was getting prepare to spend the whole day there for paperwork but I was wrong. He gave extensive information about each car he showed, and the details really helped me to decide. And, even though I was positive that I didn't want a black Lexus - that was ultimately what I purchased from you, because of Jason's great feedback and because he worked hard to negotiate a good price (and I love the car!). Jason also was able to get me an excellent price for this car, as I found out later. As a senior manager in Customer Service, I've heard many great things over the years about Lexus, and have tried to emulate some of these learning's with my own staff. Steven was a complete gentleman when I first walked into the dealership. He offered me a bottle water since it was a hot day.
