Derek was excellent at addressing all of my questions and attending to the my geographic needs. We engaged on some personal history knowledge of living in western Tucson. Had the pleasure of working with Derek at Lexus Speedway to purchase my first Lexus, after owning 3 German cars. Unfortunately the Lexus I purchased only lasted 6 weeks before I was rear ended and totaled. to purchase my first Lexus, after owning 3 German cars. Unfortunately the Lexus I purchased only lasted 6 weeks before I was rear ended and totaled. Called Derek and informed him of this and he was very helpful in getting me back in the drivers seat! The dealership worked with me to make everything happen in a timely fashion. Also have to give the service department high marks as they have been very helpful to my wife with her NX . Would definitely recommend Derek and the dealership to anyone. More
