This is our 3rd Lexus we have bought in Tucson. The previous two were bought at the AutoMall, which is closer to our home in Oro Valley. We went to the Lexus dealer on Speedway to see if we could get previous two were bought at the AutoMall, which is closer to our home in Oro Valley. We went to the Lexus dealer on Speedway to see if we could get a better deal on our trade-in and if they had in stock the model we wanted. We did not improve on the trade-in, but the experience with the staff was far superior to what we experienced at the Auto Mall. Luis, knowing we had previous Lexus', focused his time on the enhancements over our model and the new model. He didn't waste a lot of our time. Jeff, the sales manager, jumped in and found the car we wanted. We had the option to leave. Jeff focused right in on what we wanted and didn't waste a lot of our time trying to push something different more readily available. In about 30 minutes he found our car up in Salt Lake. Joe was very professional,and friendly going over the contract options. No high pressure....just the facts. Luis, again was outstanding in introducing us to the new car. We drove away very happy and convinced that our next Lexus will be from Luis at the Speedway location. More
Jeff was very helpful and professional throughout. He found me a loaner even though I did not call him until the same day I wanted service. He gave me an accurate timeline and called promptly when the vehicle was ready and squeaky clean. Jeff also has beautiful green eyes and it's always nice to have some eye candy to enjoy. :) More
I purchased a new Lexus RX450 hybrid via the dealer's Internet Sales Department. Bryan Loya (the salesperson) was helpful, courteous, and informative throughout the process. At no time did our interaction become contentious or even adversarial. I felt that the quality of our relationship, from the beginning to the end, was reflective of Lexus's quality image. From my first Internet contact to delivery of the car, the elapsed time was only about 10 days. It was probably my best dealer car-purchasing experience ... ever. More

I've worked with either Sean or Tim , in service , for a number of years. They are both efficient, courteous,friendly, informative and I trust their opinion. I always feel comfortable taking a vehicle to Royal for service. I have used this dealership for over 20 years and have no reason to change. Without a doubt, with over 50 years of taking a vehicle to get service all over the nation, Royal stands out as the best. The service advisors are super (Larry Jackson is my advisor); they are always friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to understand your problem and seek the best possible solution. Everything is explained to you and they answer all questions. I find that Royal's pricing is reasonable and they stand firmly behind their work. I express my satisfaction with Royal whenever feasible to my friends. More
