I don’t usually post 1-stars, but this one’s earned it. I dealt with Cristopher, Jose, and Catherine Rodgers at Lexus Watertown. They were friendly at first, but once I left, total silence. I left voicemails, even drove back just to get an update on the car I put a deposit on. nothing. Catherine said she’d call in a few days and never did. Then I see the same car I put money down on back up on their website. Unreal. Nice building, but the people I dealt with were unprofessional and careless. Expected way more from a Lexus store. More
