I had been searching for certian model used car for quite a while, i had contacted a couple dealerships about cars they had advertised online and the follow up was very poor. After I saw the model I was looking for at Lexus of Westminster, I called and talked to Steven and everything was handled over the phone, he returned calls as he said he would and we worked out a deal. I had a two hour drive to pick up the car so I was hoping nothing was going to change when I arrived. Steven had told me he was not going to be there due to a previous appointment but he had Carla Melean take care of the final delivery. She was ready for me when i arrived was very informitive about the car and very pleasent to deal with. Everything that was promised over the phone was exactly what I received. I highly reccommend this dealership, next car I purchase they will be my first call. More

I dealt with Internet Sales for six different Lexus dealerships and only two were upfront about pricing, Lexus of Westminster being one of them. All of the other dealerships danced around pricing and once I did get their prices, it was considerably higher than what Carla originally offered. She even showed me the dealer invoice comparing her offer to the invoice price. As a prudent shopper, I did not jump at the offer and continued to evaluate all of my other options. There was no need to do so. About a week and a half later, I worked with Carla and made a deal on a new CT200h. In addition to the amazing deal I got, Carla also provided outstanding service. Originally, I went in thinking that I did not need/want navigation, since my phone more than adequately does the job. So, when I came in for a test drive, she respected the fact and did not try to up-sell me or pressure me into getting a nav-equipped model. After checking out the non-nav model, my own curiosity wanted to check out the nav-equipped model. Carla let me check out the car and provided me space so I could evaluate it on my own. Again, no pressure or up-selling, which I greatly appreciated. When I did need her to go over the features of car, she was a product expert and explained everything in detail. You'd be surprised how many dealerships I went to and the salesperson did not know what they were selling. Needless to say, Carla sold me on the navigation without selling it to me. I hope that makes sense. Her exceptional service went beyond her product knowledge. She was the truest professional in every way. We probably emailed back and forth over twenty times and she always responded promptly. When I would call, I would be greeted with a smile. The day after I purchased my car, I noticed that the key gloves were missing. I gave her a call and she offered to have them mailed to me instead of me having to drive since I live and work a good distance away. Also, I called Lexus of Westminster's parts department this past Saturday afternoon and couldn't get through. I needed to get touch up paint since my front bumper has a small chip (haven't even had the car for two weeks :( ) and I wanted to fix it before I get my clear bra installed on Tuesday morning. There was no way for me to get to the dealership in time since I was at work and the parts department would already be closed by the time I got out. The parts department is closed on Sunday and I would not have been able to go to the dealership on Monday because of work. So, I call Carla and tell her my dilemma. Less than five minutes later, she calls me back telling me that she got me the touch up paint and that she'll leave it at the front counter so I can pick it up on Sunday. Clutch. I go in today to pick it up, no charge. If you're looking to purchase a Lexus, go to Lexus of Westminster and ask for Carla Melean. After I purchased my car from Carla, I received a letter from her stating that the purchase was just the beginning of the relationship. How true was that! I can tell you that Carla has made me a loyal customer and that I look forward to purchasing and having friends and family purchase cars from her in the future. We made an appointment with Carla to test drive a Lexus ES 350. She was on time and very helpful. She made sure we knew the many features on the car before leaving. The finance department was also very efficient. Lexus of Westminster was recommended to us by a friend and they definitely met our expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I went to the Westminster dealership because my brand new RX350 was making a rattling sound when the AC was turned on. Mr. Don Gillilan, our service manager, didn't even bother to have it checked out by a me RX350 was making a rattling sound when the AC was turned on. Mr. Don Gillilan, our service manager, didn't even bother to have it checked out by a mechanic and instead said: "It's normal for the vehicle to make this sound when the AC turns on" What a bunch of bull crap!! I took it to Lexus of Cerritos and they immediately told me there was a problem with the AC compressor. Lexus of Cerritos fixed the issue within 2 days and the service there was excellent and commendable! Don Gillilan however needs to provide better customer service instead of shrugging off concerned customers! I would never go back to that dealership again!! More

I wanted one of the new GX SUV's. I shopped at Tustin, Cerritos, and Newport. I finally bought at Westminster because Greg was so up front and honest with me. Other dealers kept quoting prices, then renig Cerritos, and Newport. I finally bought at Westminster because Greg was so up front and honest with me. I recently bought a 2010 Lexus IS 250 from this dealer. They gave me a great deal (they matched my first deal that Tustin backed out of) and treated me like royalty. I have no complaints about this dealership, with the exception that I had to wait too long to get in the finance office. However, they made me very comfortable during that time and offered to get me something to drink several times while I waited. I would definitely return to this dealer. I give them a two thumbs up! More

Overall experience at this location, unfriendly service representative and I waited for almost 3 hours for just an oil change. Will never go there again. I went to Lexus of Westminster for a service on my IS 250. Best experience I've ever had. My consultant was very friendly and informative. Oh well, it's not that big of a deal so I'll come back earlier next time. More
