I went to Westminster to have my first service performed and met Jorge Buenrostro, a service advisor. JOrge went over my invoice with me and thanked me for my visit. All in all, a great experience! More
I was shopping for a new IS460F. I went to several dealers and was quoted as high as $5000 over MSRP. (Newport Beach was the highest). Westminster had several to choose from and Kenji helpped me negot dealers and was quoted as high as $5000 over MSRP. (Newport Beach was the highest). Westminster had several to choose from and Kenji helpped me negotiate a nice discount from MSRP. Everyone was very nice. Their sales and service departments are brand new and a lovely place to shop. Plus I saved a bunch of money. I never felt pressured, nor did anyone try to sell me stuff I didn't want or need. More
This dealership is filled with a bunch of incompetent OR lying individuals. The only person I thought was ok was Glen. Other than that, everyone else that I dealt with left me with a bad feeling. First, I was told online, by Marcel, that they had the specific car that I wanted in stock. When I got there, they could not locate the car and tried to deal with me on a different one. Strike 1 for incompetence. Next, Paul does does a dealer lookup of the car that I want and say there's only one other dealership that has it and miraculously they found it in their SECRET inventory, however, when I went to look at their SECRET inventory, no one could find it. Also, I found two other dealerships with it, rather than the 1 they were claiming. Lie confirmed. Strike 2 for deceit. Next, Marcel, the online person, responds to my email with sarcasm and blame, saying that I was not loyal just because I did not ask for him when I got in and that it's my fault I did not see the car because he would have found it (something his coworkers could not do). All he did was a stock check for me via email, I have no obligation to him. Strike 3 for bad customer service. I would avoid this place. More
We got a Lexus SUV several years ago from Westminster and had a great buying experience. Our 2nd car was a BMW and we decided to replace it with a Lexus ES350. We also upgraded the SUV to the new RX350. E had a great buying experience. Our 2nd car was a BMW and we decided to replace it with a Lexus ES350. We also upgraded the SUV to the new RX350. Each time, the sales team was patient, informative and responsive with answers to our questions. No high pressure sales tactics or surprises. Bottom line is that we got the cars we wanted at a fair price with great service. Also, the showroom was very nice and has a lounge area with snacks, drinks and TV so our kids were happy while we car shopped. We will definitely go back. More

Bought my 2001 Lexus RX here. They beat Longo on my trade in by a couple of hundred dollars. However, I got haggled in credit because I was paying cash, I was very upset, complained, got no where. I did go back for service due to convenience, service was fine, but the experience with credit dept. means I will NOT return to buy my next Lexus from this dealer. Unethical and unprofessional in handling me as a client. They plain lied about California Consumer Credit Laws! More
Went to purchase a 2006 IS 250, and the price was good, but that's about it. Shawn never asked my wife and I what we did for a living, and really didn't seem interested in anything except selling the car. but that's about it. I mean, I know that's what these guys are supposed to do, but they are supposed to kiss your butt at least a little bit. Terrible customer service. And, they tried to rip me off on my trade (offered $7,000 when the Kelley Blue Book trade-in (wholesale) value was $11,515). I sent a harsh e-mail to him and his boss, and all his boss could say was ouch. Not only was that unprofessional, that was downright childish! Would NEVER return to this dealership. More
I bought a 2002 GS430, it is a nice car.. though I like my GS400 better. I don't know about Maurice though, I don't think he can even afford a lexus, or Mercedes... or he just a hater. BTW.. Lexus are nice luxury cars that will save you money (reliable), Mercedes and Bmw are nice, but too much problems with electrical parts with their car, and they are great luxury cars, especially the AMG and the M.
