I was very impressed with how patient my salesman, Mike Casper was with me. It was my 2nd purchase from Lexus of Wilmington, but the first time when I was completely on my own. What stood out most was how personable and knowledgeable he was, not just about Lexus vehicles, but also about the Lincoln Nautilus I ultimately purchased. He took the time to explain every detail and feature, as if he’d been selling Lincolns for years!
