On 8-12-24 I made my second service visit to Lia Honda. On both occasions my service advisor was Kira Bueti. On both occasions I was met promptly and pleasantly. Additionally, each time I was given an estimate of how long the service would take, both were correct, except on the most recent visit the service was completed 15 minutes prior to the estimate. He was able to speak to me with knowledge about the service in a way that i would have spoken to my own customers back in the day. He was honest and I knew he was keeping my best interest in mind, not just trying to sell me on a service.Our repair visits to Lia have always been one and done. They call back when you call and our car has always been ready when said. Also no long wait to get service .
