My Review of Lia Honda of Albany:
David went above and beyond the call of duty on a Friday afternoon to get my teenage son back on the road. David and the Lia Honda service team stayed after hours on a Friday working two hours past closing time to get my car up and running. My son was stranded hundreds of miles from home. I can not tell you what it meant to my wife and I to have David and the Lia Honda service team team up and get my son safely back on the road. I highly recommend their service department to anyone.

My Review of Lia Honda of Albany:
Purchased the extra bumper to bumper warranty and I do not think that the care was ever checked. The tires were almost balled, the battery cable was so loose that it came disconnected from the battery causding the care not to start after taken home. Could not apply $100 depost given on another vehicle to the vehicle that was purchased. Was told that the depost would be sent to me and when I received the check it was only for $75.00.

My Review of Lia Honda of Albany:
When I bought my 2000 Honda Accord, the salesman was outstanding......and each time I returned for oil changes and routine service, he would always take the time to stop and say &quot;hi&quot;....just a friendly, follow-up gesture that set him apart from other salesmen. Our whole experience surrounding the purchase of our Honda was a pleasant one, especially so due to his helpfulness and friendliness....<br>Then one day, I called to speak with our salesman to inquire about a new car....I was told, he was &quot;no longer with the company&quot;....that was when I began noticing many other changes.......<br>Each time I returned for service, whether routine or &quot;other&quot;, (over the past several months, I have returned 3 times for the same problem!!),I noted the decline of the appearance of the staff who work there......True, this is an automobile dealership; however, the female employees are not the mechanics, but rather office staff who are frequently passing thru the waiting area in front of customers. I would think more business-like atire would be required, rather than mini skirts, sweat pants, tee shirts, and see thru tops.....<br>I also note a rather cool atmosphere insofar as the salesmen are concerned......seems like a friendly &quot;good morning&quot; wouldn't be too much to ask for to a room full of waiting customers......especially when they walk past not once but several times.......and that included the constant new faces that appeared....never 2 people the same from the previous visit. hmmmmm<br>Then, of course, there's the service people themselves.......my most recent experience was with a particularly somber individual, who probably should be working in a less people-present environment!!! I definitely got the feeling I was imposing on him, especially since this was my 3rd time back for the same problem!!!!!!! <br>Overall, my total experience with Lia Honda has definitely turned sour, and my next purchase will not be from there. Perhaps Lia has become &quot;too big for its lifts&quot;, and should start paying a little more attention to its customer service........My complaints may see trivial; however, sometimes it's the &quot;little&quot; touches that make people keep coming back......

My Review of Lia Honda of Albany:
I will never again do business with Lia Honda. Lia Honda of Albany sloppily performed a Honda Re-call (Service Bulletin 03-034) to my Accord EX, lied to me regarding the steps they took to perform the vehicle re-call, ignored my request/instruction/reason for returning my vehicle to be looked at, and tried to over-charge me for the diagnostic fee.<br><br>Lia Honda revealed their:<br>&#183;Un-professionalism- Rude, dogmatic communication and behavior<br>&#183;Arrogance- Unwilling to investigate/admit a potential error on their part<br>&#183;Disregard- Ignores specific customer questions<br>&#183;Ineptness- Inability to listen/follow customer request/instruction<br>&#183;Neglect- failure to follow the American Honda Re-call Service Bulletin instructions<br>&#183;Deceitfulness- lying about work performed, attempt to over-charge customer<br><br>In contrast, Keeler Honda was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to my vehicle concerns. Upon looking into the recall work performed on my vehicle&#8217;s driver seat, they immediately noticed that three screws that were left only half screwed in, and another three screws were left loose. Upon correcting the six screws, the loud squeaking noise from the drivers seat was eliminated. Thank you Keeler Honda, as you have restored my faith in American Honda&#8217;s service and have re-claimed a loyal Honda owner/driver.

My Review of Lia Honda of Albany:
The only thing that saved the sale, (of a car that took 7 weeks to deliver from the time we ordered it), was the finance guy. He was great, the sales dept was mediocre at best. We had to get up to leave before they took our cancellation threat seriously. They wouldn't take a bank check as payment and they tried to get us hooked at high interest rate. In the end the fiance guy found us financing better than our personal bank. We bought another Honda shortly after the Lia purchase and we ended up using an out of state dealer, Mike Pruitt Honda in OH. FANTASTIC DEALER EXPERIENCE! I'll be a Pruitt customer for life.

My Review of Lia Honda of Albany:
their advertisement inthe newspaper indicated to "make us an offer" on a specific car. but NEVER once did they allow us that opportunity. instead, he told us that they had a set price and that was it.<br><br>our previous purchase from this company was 3 years ago and we've had to take it back to be serviced about 8 times since. 4 of the 8 were for the same problem.
