Service dept had to work on our car, they could not figure out it needed a battery. My mechanic knew right away what the issue was and confirmed it by simply hooking it up to a voltmeter. Their courtesy van took my wife to work but then refused to pick her up. I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to get her then return home to go to my night job. Had to bring to my own mechanic as Lia was unresponsive and unreliable would not test drive the car. This car was purchased from Lia and they had no interest in helping me after the sale. More

When I first started looking for a new car, I expected the usual high-pressure environments. This was the first dealership that I have ever been to where they actually gave me space, let me look things over on my own time, but were always available to answer the questions that I had. Everyone, from the Salesman Shaheen to the GM Steve (including the gentleman who helped get me my loan), was absolutely amazing. None of them pressured me into doing anything, they gave me an excellent deal on my trade-in, and they all worked their backsides off to make certain that this was an experience that I would tell my family and friends about. Until this past month, I had always been a Toyota guy; I'm lucky that I took the opportunity to take a look at Lia. Their service is impeccable, even with my finickiness. Had I known things would have been done so well, I wouldn't have even bothered looking anywhere else. More
