His patience, his demeanor, and knowledge were all impeccable. I cannot rave enough about him. He was extremely thorough and professional but most of all, kind. I truly cannot emphasize on how amazing he made the whole experience of this process be. He was the complete opposite of an abrasive salesman. It’s a big deal buying a car, and he knew how important it was for me. I will always recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to go to Lia and ask for Kelly P. If I could give a 10 star rating I would because he deserves that. I hope he receives the type of recognition he deserves after making this whole experience feel so easy. More

I rated this Service Center (five stars) basically because the service advisor, Art Palazzolo, was professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. He greeted me as soon as I came in for my appointm because the service advisor, Art Palazzolo, was professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. He greeted me as soon as I came in for my appointment, understood my concerns and kept me posted on the progress. I suggest the management of Lia Toyota take a look at their service prices. Based on my experience of getting my car serviced in the higher cost of living Boston area (which I've traveled to quite frequently), Lia Toyota prices seem to be even higher in comparison. Wait for coupons or specials, if you can. Overall, five stars for Art Palazzolo and the above suggestion for management. More
