My Review of Liberty Bay Auto Center:
My wife and I had a great experience buying a 2006 Jeep Commander from this dealership. In general, I do not enjoy buying cars, but working with Liberty Bay was much better than the average car dealership experience. They treated us fairly, did not employ ANY hard sell tactics and executed the sales transaction in a reasonable amount of time (i.e. we didn't sit there for 90 minutes waiting to see the finance manager). We talked to Paul on the phone before driving over to Poulsbo and they stood behind everything they agreed to on the phone. Then, we worked with Sean Green at the dealership and he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He sent pictures of us with our new car and gave a personal touch to our purchasing experience.
We got a fair price on the car. There are a couple of scratches on the car and I was hoping that they would have them touched up as a part of the purchase, but they decided to charge us for that. That was the only issue we had during the purchase process.
Overall, I will reiterate that it was a great experience and we will definitely go back to Liberty Bay Auto Center the next time we are in the market for a used car.
