He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the features and differences between models, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. The finance person was not honest about warranties. They prefer to sell 3rd party warranties. I specifically said I wanted a GM warranty I was lied to saying GM didn't offer warranties.
