Horrible. We bought a used truck, it showed a warranty online and when we got there (drove from VA)no warranty-no brake fluid, they wouldn't even put gas in the truck...now they didnt send the title, very online and when we got there (drove from VA)no warranty-no brake fluid, they wouldn't even put gas in the truck...now they didnt send the title, very shady. We are driving around with an expired temp tag, and when we called and talked to used car manager who also says that he is the general manager he is rude, obnoxious and refuses to do anything-kind of what I would have expected in New Jersey. I went to buy a used car and I met Ray. He at first was very helpful, but sure enough as soon as I came back to do the paperwork his patience went out the window. Just beacause I want to know what I'm sign very helpful, but sure enough as soon as I came back to do the paperwork his patience went out the window. Just beacause I want to know what I'm signing and ask questions dosen't mean you have to drop your professionalism and start being rude. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU'RE SIGNING. They pretend that there was some type of miscommunication and sell you a car AS IS. More
A simple problem turned into a nightmare. We bought a brand new car and within days there was a simple mechanical problem. Fine, cars aren't perfect. (It did however take three trips to get it fixed (w brand new car and within days there was a simple mechanical problem. Fine, cars aren't perfect. (It did however take three trips to get it fixed (we hope)). However, the customer service was horrible with employees passing blame among each other, arguing with us, blaming other customers for the dirty courtesy cars, and finally the GM trying to fix things by telling us that they sell 10,000's of cars and everyone can't be happy. We are not unreasonable people. We just wanted one person in the beginning to say "I'm sorry there is a problem, we will take care of it." Not "Bob's not here, this isn't my department, it's not my fault, . . . " Has customer service left the state of NJ? I think it has at Liccardi. Me, my family, and my friends won't go there again.
