As a new owner of a pre owned Dodge purchased at a different dealership, I was treated like I was a return purchaser from Liccardi. Mr. Ventura took the time to review the service history of my car w different dealership, I was treated like I was a return purchaser from Liccardi. Mr. Ventura took the time to review the service history of my car when it was discovered that it was originally purchased there and serviced there. I was made to feel that my buisness was important to them and that my experience with them and my car were great. Even as I waited for my service to be completed the sales staff were friendly and attentive to my son and I as we checked out the new Dodge line up. Needless to say I will be back for further service as needed. More

Great deal on Service! The price for oil change and Great deal on Service! The price for oil change and Transmision service was a can't beat. I pulled in and received service rightaway. Everyone in this dealer and service department was WONDERFUL. While I was at the dealer. I almost bought a new convertable. Got great help from Jim and Wayne. PS. With the prices at this dealer you don't have to go anywhere else for a OIL CHANGE or service............. More

A simple problem turned into a nightmare. We bought a brand new car and within days there was a simple mechanical problem. Fine, cars aren't perfect. (It did however take three trips to get it fixed (w brand new car and within days there was a simple mechanical problem. Fine, cars aren't perfect. (It did however take three trips to get it fixed (we hope)). However, the customer service was horrible with employees passing blame among each other, arguing with us, blaming other customers for the dirty courtesy cars, and finally the GM trying to fix things by telling us that they sell 10,000's of cars and everyone can't be happy. We are not unreasonable people. We just wanted one person in the beginning to say "I'm sorry there is a problem, we will take care of it." Not "Bob's not here, this isn't my department, it's not my fault, . . . " Has customer service left the state of NJ? I think it has at Liccardi. Me, my family, and my friends won't go there again. More
