I purchased my new Cadillac ATS at Lima Auto Mall and I had the best experience. From the moment I walked in the door (which was opened for me) to the time I drove off, everyone was very friendly and professional. Being a female I am a little sceptical of any car dealership but I felt that they explained everything to me so that I felt comfortabe and at ease purchasing my car. I would recommend Lima Auto Mall to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle new or used. Thank you to Mike, Joe and Tod for a wonderful experience and a beautiful car.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle yesterday and let me tell you... Lima Auto Mall was fantastic.

Certainly not your typical car dealership. Very informative, helpful, professional, not pushy at all and at the end of the day we felt great with the car we drove home in. Joe, the sales manager was great over the phone before we made the drive to look at the vehicle. Rick, the salesman we met out at the dealership was wonderful, ask for him you will not be disappointed (or have a headache as you likely would elsewhere). Tod, the finance manager was also first-class made everything easy to understand.

Total package was better than the best, would recommend to anyone.

We were a complex case and Sean worked diligently to get us approved for a new car at a great interest rate. It took a few days, but was entirely worth it. We will be back to purchase our next car from Lima Auto Mall. The staff was attentive to our needs and took the time to listen to us to place us in what we wanted. We would recommend Sean to our family and friends and be confident that they would be taken care of.

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and kind. Dave was knowledgable, and was able to explain my options so I could make the best choice. Tod was also very helpful and patient, explaining things I didn't understand without being patronizing or dismissive. The car is gorgeous, and I am very, very happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend Lima Auto Mall to anyone I know looking for a good vehicle at a good price, with friendly, helpful staff to make the experience a good one.

The salesman (Dave) went out of his way answering all my questions and allowing me to make up my own mind. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful. I really never expected I would be seating in a new Volt but they found a way for me to do it. I still can't believe I'mriving such an impressive car.
