Purchased a used GM Certified car, which we like even though there are some issues with the quality control of a ertified vehicle. Windshield washers don't work, bad tire (which they replaced the next da though there are some issues with the quality control of a ertified vehicle. Windshield washers don't work, bad tire (which they replaced the next day), only 1 key with the statement "we can make you a second key for $65". Charges an insane $399 "document fee" which is typically $149 to $199 at other dealers. Lindsay said "everyone now charges $399" which may or may not be true, but $400 just to process the paperwork required by law to sell the car? come on... We like the actual car, too bad I can't say the same "pressure to sell extras at closing" and the $400 processing fee. More

This is more than just a job to him. He patiently helped me find the exact car in the exact color that I had my heart set on. To make things even better I was able to purchase a new car which has all the options that I had in mind and even more than I even knew were available! The car that I traded has engine trouble but Tim diligently worked with me on a trade-in price that was fair. He went above and beyond to get me a good price for my new car. I walked in preapproved at one rate but Tim worked the deal so that I got approved at a much better rate and with a much lower price than my preapproved offer. I have never been treated so well by any other dealership. EVER! Jewel is very friendly and she really knows what she is doing. She patiently answered all my questions about my purchase and she prepared my paperwork in no time. Lindsay Chevrolet allowed me to walk in without an appointment and within a few hours I was driving my new Cruze home. This dealership is AWESOME! Thank you again. More

This was the first Chevy dealership I visited during my car search. Jannie was the most knowledgable sales person I met in all the dealerships I visited. Not only did she know her stuff, she was also ver car search. Jannie was the most knowledgable sales person I met in all the dealerships I visited. Not only did she know her stuff, she was also very friendly. I was not buying on my first visit, but after doing my own research, I returned the next weekend to purchase. Jannie had a customer, so I was passed off to another sales person. This person was clearly new and had no idea how the sales process was suppose to work. She was very friendly, but it became quite clear they just left her talking to us to try and wait for Jannie to wrap up with her other customer. About 3hrs of waiting later, the sales manager got involved and started talking numbers with me. He would not give me a price for the car though. He kept giving me monthly payment amounts (all of which were ridiculous) but would not tell me how much the car itself was. Also, I had been told about this $0.99 gas for the rest of year deal they were doing that they could calculate the amount and take it off the car you were buying, but no one would give me what the amount off would be. To top that off, they tried to low ball me on the value of my trade-in. After a total of 4 wasted hours, I left frustrated and annoyed. The happy ending is that I went to another dealership that afternoon and got the exact same car for an excellent price. And it took way less than 4 hours. More
