Lindsay satisfied all three concerns and made my purchase very easy. The sales rep (Tamiru) was friendly and knowledgeable. During the test drive our conversation on domestic and world views convinced me this was a gentleman who was not only knowledgeable but also concerned for the needs of his fellow human beings. I will be returning to Lindsay to service my vehicle in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. More

GARBAGE DEALERSHIP. DO NOT GO HERE. Spent the last 2 months dealing with the most garbage group of dealers I have ever met. My car broke down while out of town and they took COMPLETE adv Spent the last 2 months dealing with the most garbage group of dealers I have ever met. My car broke down while out of town and they took COMPLETE advantage of it. Was going to just get my car fixed, but they offered to bring me in for a deal after I decided not to trade in. SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT ME ALONE. Alfonzo my credit to 10+ banks, dropping my score by almost 40 points. After being clearly taken advantage of and being "approved" for a new car, i only get a call 3 WEEKS LATER to find out they LIED about my residence to get "approved", so the bank dropped the loan. Now, with my car still in service, they tell me to return the car. I return the car, only to find out they haven't even worked on my car that broke down, saying I had to pay $1,000 in order for them to work on it !! They showed no interest in making any exceptions for my situation, they were only concerned about getting their car back. I return their car, only for them to attempt to get me in another car a THIRD time- Only to save their own a** and make money off of me. I STILL haven't gotten a response about being reimbursed for a receipt and I am still upset about this situation. I traveled from INDIANA TO VIRGINIA to return THEIR CAR !!!. The $70 in gas reimbursement should be the least of your worries, someone should be FIRED! Good luck selling your used 2020 Equinox with 2k miles on it. Having shady sales tactics and shady management comes back to bite you. I'd rather ride around in my broken 2010 model than to strike a deal wit you all. I truly believe Daniel was trying to help, but I'm sorry your co-workers lost my trust ! Thank you to Jay Tippett for making sure I get my car fixed in time to return to work in Indiana, and making sure I get home safe ! The service center CLEARLY has better morals than the sales department. More
