Went in to purchase the truck for the price that it was advertised on their site expecting it to be honored like any normal business. If you're not buying commercial, a college student, and military, you don't get all of the incentives in the price. Then the trade in value is low balled below KBB trade in value to try to make up the difference in the sales price. After going back and forth with the general manager, Danny Islam, it was a great price on the truck but I rather give my business to a company that is ethical and honest with their customers. Just read some of the other reviews and you see this is their standard practice and has not been change after other reviews have stated the same. More

Do not trust the posted prices or the staff of this dealership at face value, or at all. The communication is terrible and incomplete. There is very little transparency. The negative reviews here all follow a similar pattern for a reason. They simply would not honor the posted internet price on a new vehicle. I was prepared to pay the posted price - web coupon + doc fee, taxes, title/registration. They erroneously alluded to pricing being based on financing with them and then said the dealer discount had additional criteria, though they wouldn't specify what it was. When they did say they would honor the internet price THEY ADDED 1200 FOR FREIGHT BACK IN, despite their site specifying it is included. Before writing this review I reached out to their customer service rep you see responding to these reviews to try and rectify the issue as I was prepared to either initiate the deal or look somewhere else. I called back hours later and was told both the manager and the rep were not in today (after I spoke to both!). Then, a couple hours after that, they called to say the vehicle was "no longer available", but would not provide any additional clarification about pricing! Two days later the car is still in stock! Truly terrible customer service. I would have written a 5 star review if they simply were transparent and honored their pricing. Instead they were deceptive and wasted my time. I will edit this review if they resolve this issue, but BUYER BEWARE. Their comments about a customer retention manager reaching out to rectify or resolve the issue are simply not true. More

I had wonderful salesperson name Raymond Hart, who went extra miles to accommodate me, at the same time be careful about dealers junk fee, for example they will add up 2000 dollars and ask you to qualify extra miles to accommodate me, at the same time be careful about dealers junk fee, for example they will add up 2000 dollars and ask you to qualify for junk programs like Army, student graduation, Ford incentive from your company etc etc, but they will not tell until you you are about purchase, like they take advantage of your excitement about new car. It is totally junk that add and can take off if you are firm. By the way they don’t tell you up front but after you qualify and pulled up your credit, this absolutely non ethical, and should be reported to BBB or any regulatory authorities. But they have this great salesperson Raymond Hart who would still make you smile!!!! More
