Dan Fenton rocks! Dan was very courteous, personable & went above & beyond in getting me into a Honda FIT with payments within my budget. The first time I purchased a FIT, I drove away feeling as if the Rep just wanted to make a sale. It was confirmed when I attempted to make inquiries to the Rep after... I never received follow-up. But I could tell right off the bat that Dan was a man of his word & has proven to me he truly cares about his customers. He's been excellent in answering any questions I have & in his follow-up. Lindsay is fortunate to have a sincere salesman. Thank you again, Dan! More

Not friendly. Highest prices of any dealer I shopped around to lease a Honda for about a week before committing to Roush Honda. I contacted several Honda dealers around Columbus and only had a I shopped around to lease a Honda for about a week before committing to Roush Honda. I contacted several Honda dealers around Columbus and only had a negative experience with Lindsay Honda. I knew that I needed a 15,000 mile lease because I travel a lot for work. The sales person was rude and told me that a 12,000 mile lease was standard for Honda and wouldn't even quote me a price. Funny because I was quoted a price for 15,000 mile leases at every other Honda dealer in Columbus?? The price that they offered was by far the highest despite the fact that they offered me less miles than every other dealership. I received a call about a week later asking if I was still interested and when I said I went with someone else they were rude once again. Do not recommend. Highest prices in Columbus and the least friendly sales people BY FAR. More

warranty service I am the owner of a 2016 Honda CRV. I called the dealership to report a blinking light on the dash when the vehicle was in drive. The vehicle has 1 I am the owner of a 2016 Honda CRV. I called the dealership to report a blinking light on the dash when the vehicle was in drive. The vehicle has 10,000 miles on it. Instead of honoring the warranty they told me the repair (wiring harness) would be at my expense. Honda would not cover it because the service department stated an animal had chewed through the wiring. This would be impossible as this vehicle is started every day and most days several times a day. I was charged 159.10 to solder the wire. The service person stated he would make a repair for 150.00 however if he fixed it properly by replacing the entire wiring harness it would cost 650.00. They were doing me a huge favor! Evidently the service personnel at this dealership are animal experts and I should appreciate the fact they saved me so much money. There is no way this wiring issue was due to an animal as it never sits long enough for this to occur. More
