My sales person was Josh Watts and he was AWESOME!!! He didn't try to sell something I didn't want, he was polite, and took his time...I never felt like he was trying to rush me. I knew what I wanted when I got there and I knew exactly what I wanted to pay for it. Josh made that happen without any hassle or stress on my part. Oh what a relief...can you imagine a dealership where you can actually go and get what you want and pay the price you want? Bonus! They also gave me a fair value for my trade in. We were looking to replace our LR4. After doing some research we became interested in the Lexus GX 460. On a Saturday morning we went to Lindsay Lexus (WITHOUT an appointment) looking to test drive the GX. Mario Melgar came outside to greet us and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. We explained to him what we wanted to do and that we weren't in a hurry to negotiate a deal and he said he understood and proceeded to take us for a test drive and answer all of our questions about the vehicle. Turns out we changed our mind about time frame after meeting Mario and the test drive. I wanted to get a deal done pretty quickly. However I have to say that Mario never once pressured us to do a deal ever throughout the whole process. He just presented is with all of the information so that we could make an infomed decision. He always called or emailed me back promptly after I contacted him. He gave me more for our trade in than other dealerships had offered and was just a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I want to mention Hwan Kim and Tim Robinson as well. Hwan was our finance guy and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. Tim Robinson is the sales manager and he came and personally thanked me for our business and was very professional. I would highly recommend Lindsay Lexus for anyone in the market for a new car.
