I work exclusively with Sid Ferzad and have found him to be honest, courteous, and with a detailed knowledge of the product. I have also done business with other salespeople at Lindsay Lexus and while I think they are all good, Sid is exceptional. One of the things I like about the staff at Lindsay is that it doesn't seem to have the turnover that many auto dealers do. Sid has been there for several years. In summary, the professional courtesy with which I was treated, the knowledge Sid had of the product line, the very reasonable "drive it away" price I got, and the great maintenance support I have had over the years have made all my experiences with Lindsay Lexus positive ones. RARELY ...does anything ever meet, much less EXCEED my expectations, but working with Mark and the rest of the folks at Lindsay has been great. While I certainly wish they were closer to Baltimore, I suppose traveling that distance is a testimony to the excellence of their dealership. Beyond the great experience I've had with the sales department, I need to add that I even make the trip for my regular service appointments. RX350 I've began looking for a RX350 since July 2013. I was looking for 2007-2009. I noticed an aid on my credit union welcome page about discounted cars. I've called the number and they informed me I was part of the United Buying Service (UBS) which mean I will receive some money off the retail price. So they provided me with Josh Watts contact informaton. I called Josh and set up an appointment to view the RX350. I was running a little late, but Josh contacted me to check on the status of our appointment. Once arrival, Josh showed me to the RX350 I was looking for. He offered me a drink and snack while we waiting to test drive. After the test drive, Josh explained everything to me regarding the pricing, discount, fee, title, and tax. Because of Josh's providing outstanding customer service and professionalism I didn't even notice I was at the dealership for 5 hours. I'm happy to say, Lindsay's financial beat my credit union interest rate and I went through them to financial. Thank you Josh and the financial team. More

Yesterday he went out of his way to make the experience one to remember. My husband has lost his peripheral vision making it necessary to sell his car. We sold his GX and I will sell my RX to a friend, allowing me to pick a brand new 2014 350 RX. The only disappointing factor is that LEXUS...needs some new colors. You are picking boring colors - for women!!! My previous RX was a beautiful Cerulean Blue and my new one although blue is not as yummy or exciting as the Cerulean!!! More
