Diana, we value all of our customers, and have taken care of this vehicle multiple times, we noted and advised a repair before the trip, but the customer chose to take the vehicle instead of allowing us the opportunity to complete any repairs.

I am surprised you can answer back with a lie. You never diagnose the problem of the truck, you just said that the truck has a leak in the back of the engine, never checked the job you done before when you instal wrong the filter in top of the engine. Does Lipscomb have a diagnostic and a denial of the repair signed by us? No , you don't. But we will continue to take actions , until you pay for damages.
