Will not be coming back to Lipton Toyota for service again. Was told the wrong thing so many times and had to call 5 different people each time I wanted an answer. I was called in December to come in and trade into a new vehicle. I wasn't able to come in December and told them that, I said in January because I'd be cleared to drive. It was a "No problem! I get there and I did a service on my car, and the salesman says not a problem and then when it gets down to numbers decides that it's not the numbers he wants. They told me they were going to give me more for my vehicle than they actually came with it, and when I said that's ok I'll stay with what I have, decided to change his tone and his attitude toward me. I used to go there all the time, but now I'm questioning going to another dealership from now on. More
