The only issue was that i asked the attendants who i gave the car to and the service center manager both to please wash the car before returning it to me. That did not happen, so i needed to wait again for the car to and the service center manager both to please wash the car before returning it to me. That did not happen, so i needed to wait again for that to be done. Who else could i have told? There should be a "box" on the check list for the Car Wash, since you do offer that. other than that, they took me early and finished quickly, so it was great, but that's why i gave a 4 , not a 5. it's not just you, nobody really listens anymore :( More
