I was vacationing in Santa Fe from California and about to begin my return trip when the turn signal on my 2016 Dodge van went out. Anthony was very accommodating and, while I had to wait a few hours while the dealership located the part and installed it, I was able to avoid delaying my return trip. Service personnel we re very proffesional but it took a long time to check in and checkout. Stood in front of counter for a long time before someone tokk care of me even though I was the only only waiting long time to check in and checkout. My vehicle was ready but after a long wait I had to go to service desk to inquire and my folder was at the bottom of a pile ready. I am an oxygen patient and I was afraid that my oxygen would run out while I was waiting. Otherwise they were courteous and very professional. I have been taking my vehicle to Lithia for service for many years and I will continue to do so. More
Purchased a 2025 Rebel 2500 turbo Deisel from Lithia Santa FE. I drove 1,700 miles on it before the check engine light came on. It needed FIVE software updates and a control module replacement. It’s been in their service department for 2 weeks and I don’t even have an ETR. BEWARE don’t buy a new Rebel from this dealer until they and stelantis fix their issues. This dealer blames dodge but they took my trade in and cash and suckered me in to buying an extended warranty.
