Scheduled to leave my car for my work day in order to complete a number of recommended services AND my overdue lifetime oil change. The shuttle van had just left when I got checked in, so I was over an hour late to work waiting for it, then when I returned to pick up my vehicle after work, they didn't even do my oil change, so had to wait for that instead of going right home. I would love to give them a good rating but I can't. The people I worked with were friendly and tried to be helpful but, I ended up taking my vehicle in 6 times for the samething.
