Jeremy Grediagin and the team at Lithia provided us with a great new car purchase experience. Jeremy was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough and it was a pleasure to work with him. My Review Of Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Anchorage:

Stopped by the service department to make an appointment to have a rear window wash fluid repair made to our 2011 GMC Yukon, and was very happy when Shane said they could get it in today! After the paperwork, Shane had the curtesy van on its way and was was off to work in no time. Better than all that was the phone call I got less than an hour later thank all the work was complete with an offer to come pick me back up! This was my first experience with this service department and it was great!

Mr. Navarro was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond and made sure all of my questions were answered so I could make an informed decision. Also, I hate nothing more than to be bombarded when you enter a dealership lobby, let alone the car lot. I was greeted upon entry and Mr. Navarro made himself known if I needed up but didn't push towards "this top of the line" vehicle. I appreciate sales representatives that are not pushy. Mr. Navarro was not pushy; he immediately had my attention. From there he had my business. I would shop at this dealership again because of Mr. Navarro.

Never received a carfax report at anytime during during the sale. Customer service didn't seem to have any experience or knowledge when it came to the vehicle I purchased. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with everything about the entire purchase process.
