Bad experience The experience I had was not good. The vehicle I purchased, sat for 2 weeks with nothing's done to it. After signing the papers, it was another 2 w The experience I had was not good. After signing the papers, it was another 2 weeks and the only thing that's was accomplished were the new seat belts (which I am thankful for) the originally issue was that my airbag light was on, and it's still on. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they couldn't find it no-one knew where it was. After sitting there for 30 + minutes, and technician came and asked if I owned the 2004 Honda and I said yes. He had the vehicle for 30 minutes and didn't know why they brought it to them. I have had the vehicle since 5/17. I believe there needs to be more communication between the sales associate and the techs when something needs to be done with a vehicle. I am not completely satisfied with my experience. More

The sales dept was great, the service dept not so much I had a Ram PU towed in and it was diagnosed with a bad fuel pump. That was repaired fro $710. I drove the PU home and let it set for a week. Then I had a Ram PU towed in and it was diagnosed with a bad fuel pump. That was repaired fro $710. I drove the PU home and let it set for a week. Then it would not start. The service dept told me to have it towed in because something else must have gone wrong. They would "take a shot at it". I elected not to try again and took it to a local diesel shop. The problem was an incorrectly installed clamp on the fuel pump that had been replaced. Zero satisfaction from Lithia. They also failed to replace the serpentine belt as requested and said "we'll get it next time" The sales dept staff were the only ones that would return my calls. More
