I called the Monday prior to the appointment (Thursday) to ask for a reschedule as it was supposed to snow and I didn't want to drive my Challenger in adverse weather. I was prompted to leave a message, being told I would be called later to discuss my needs. I never received a call. 2. When I arrived they knew I was scheduled, but not what for. The online scheduling through the website apparently doesn't send all the details to the Service Center systems. This leads to confusion and frustration. Easy fix, but annoying. 3. The technician doing an oil change identified an issue after closing out my ticket. This resulted in a note being written on paperwork, not being submitted in the computer. If I hadn't caught the note I would not have scheduled future service which may have resulted in damage to my motor/transmission. Service Technicians either need to have a way to open a subsequent ticket after closing the original, reopen and update the original ticket, or assure they have completely documented everything prior to closing out the ticket. Justin did reach out and we discussed these issues, and he acknowledged the frustrations. Really, these are minor nits and I will bring my car back for future service. More
