The person who looked over our paper work and drove our truck was very helpful. I don't remember his name but he was a big man. He was pleasant and friendly. Maria's was pleasant and made us feel at ease. She handled the paper work very well. I have dealt with Dave on several occasions and this was the first time I felt at ease with him. Through the whole process I felt good. The final thing is only Lithia can truly rate the deal We got. More

Shawn took about an hour to sit in the jeep with us and really show us all the confusing bells and whistles and that was a huge help. Location a problem MY service was done sufficiently well within the limitations of the service department. Having never owned American 'made' vehicles, I may have paid MY service was done sufficiently well within the limitations of the service department. Having never owned American 'made' vehicles, I may have paid more for service with them but the level of service was more 'concierge' styled. They also weren't as busy, So, considering Lithia GMC, Chrysler, Jeep of Missoula is a less expensive, bigger and busier service department, my previous experiences caused my expectations to be above what they can provide. I am therefore, working to find a way to make their system work for me. The location of the dealership is also problematic for me because it is off the 'beaten' path - nothing but fields around it- and I refuse to sit in waiting rooms. So, that is another area I am trying to figure out. I was very grateful to be provided a loaner car (free of charge, as I probably wouldn't have paid for it if asked) and expect to better manage my appointments in the future to access the shuttle service in a timely fashion. The actual service was done well and I was greeted immediately, got checked in and had a service contact for any concerns I had. So in that regard everything was fine. More

Everyone was very attentive and took care of me right away. Great service I called to see if I could get the oil changed in my jeep. I was told to come right out and I could get it done.
