The work was done within the time projected by the technician. Everyone was cheerful and pleasant, and I was treated as a human being, rather than as a number. I've developed MS, so it is especially appreciated when people go out of their way to be helpful and considerate. We have yet to have an unpleasant experience with the service department, and I'm happy to recommend them. More
