Lithia's sticker was literally thousands less than similarly equipped SUVS with which it was competing. The salesman answered all of our questions and got advice from other sales people if he was unsure himself. Before we left the dealership, our phones were set up with the car's Bluetooth, the driver's seat was programmed to fit my wife and I understood how to program it for a second driver; we had a good basic understanding of how the various computer functions worked and we were ready to roll. My wife and I are both thrilled with our new automobile. More

I told him what I could afford and what I was willing to pay and he got me in a brand new car. I was short on time and couldn't spend much time at the dealership so I let him know and we figured out numbers one day, I came back the next day to fill out paper work which took less than 30 minutes and then switched out cars later on the same day. It was a very pleasant experience at Honda and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. More

I am a fussy customer This is not my first rodeo, and my philosophy is, if I am spending such a lot of money, I want a bit more than just a test drive. I checked the car thoroughly, and I was upset to find that there was only one DC power outlet in the whole car. -- What is the matter with Honda? Putting in power outlets is so cheap when the car is being built! Kevin found someone who knew what to do, told me where to get one installed, and how much it would cost. Bingo! Then we had all that paper work to do...Mercy! Kevin and the lady in the sign-off office maintained calm as I made jokes and bitched a little. How can she listen to my complaints when she has to do that every day? Impressive! I dealt with Kim when I called to make an appointment to have the car undercoated. I requested a special service to allow the car to have the power plug installation and the undercoating done in the 2 days we were out of town. She made all the arrangements to do exactly what I needed and called me back with the details... amazing! In other words, this time your people figured what I needed, and did it!. I appreciate that.
