I initially factory ordered with the configuration/features that I wanted. After that Wesley informed me a vehicle almost matching my order is available in the inventory. Nothing is better than that. I cancelled the order and went ahead with the vehicle in the stock and avoided few months of waiting time. I also trade-in my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. The entire purchase process was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Livermore Subaru to everyone. More
Rajesh is very friendly and humble agent. I give him 5 star rating. The reason why I gave overall 4 star is because of Finance manager (Sharice). She is very rude and she does neither listens to the customer nor understands the truth. I would give one star to her services. I had pre-approval of 2.54% of interest rate from BOA and asked them to wait for a day to get the final approval document. But, these people proceeded with 2.84% of interest rate and asked me get the in-house adjustment done by working with BOA for which bank denied as it was already processsed. I did sent multiple followup emails and gave call the dealer but never came back with answer. After one week, finance manager responded saying that she was not present at the time of closing the deal hence she can not do anything. This conversation went for few days but no solution. I fed up with finance manager response and shared the experience in social media then she responded and fixed the issue with the interest rate. More
Bought a vehicle from this dealership and traded in our vehicle. Was told we wouldn't have to make anymore payments on it. That was a lie, a week later a payment taken out of my wifes checking account whic vehicle. Was told we wouldn't have to make anymore payments on it. That was a lie, a week later a payment taken out of my wifes checking account which cause a $30 overdraft. Now more than 2 weeks my wife has 2 car loans our trade-in and the new vehicle. After numerous calls and promised call backs which never happened I am forced to retain an attorney. More

Wayne, the Internet manager who sent me the quote, held the car for me until the next day and could not have been nicer to deal with. I arrived, took it for a quick test drive and was able to complete the deal super smoothly and easily. Everyone we encountered at the dealership couldn't have been more helpful. Now, here comes the unbelievable part. It took me over an hour to drive home from the dealership that night and during the drive, my right leg kept tingling and going numb. I knew right away what was happening...the seat was triggering my sciatica, which hadn't been active for over four years. Long story short, I tried every tweak to the seat possible and was getting no relief. When I got home, I had pain all the way down my leg and up to my lower back. I was incredibly distraught, as we leased the car for three years and I surely couldn't drive a car that would cause this discomfort. I decided to call Wayne in the morning to see if there was anything I could do. I searched online to see if dealerships would typically allow you to return a car within the first 24 hours and all sources said it was next to impossible and the dealer was under no obligation to do so. I called Wayne and explained the situation to him. He couldn't have been nicer. He said he would check with his manager and asked that I continue to try to manipulate the seat to a more comfortable setting. When this was unsuccessful, he said he and his manager did not want me to be uncomfortable for the next three years and agreed to take it back (this, after I had put over 130 miles on a brand new car on my drive home and back!). I was shocked and so grateful. Wayne and his team are examples of truly kind human beings who put my comfort above their numbers. This incredible act of kindness was an inspiration to me and I just wanted to share with you all how amazing Livermore Subaru is as a dealership and a team of compassionate and truly good people. More
